Scott Kromer began his banking career in July 2005 as a business banker at Sky Bank. In July 2007, he joined The Old Fort Banking Company as a commercial banker, quickly establishing himself as a knowledgeable and dedicated professional. Over his tenure, Scott has demonstrated a strong commitment to the bank's clients and its mission, earning the respect of his colleagues and clients alike.

Scott holds a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, and mathematics from the University of Findlay (2005) and a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (2013). He also earned an advanced degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2015.
