Tiffin, OH – The Gillmor Foundation is pleased to announce that Michael Daniel has been appointed to the Board of Trustees. "The Gillmor Charitable Foundation has a long history of giving back in ways that greatly benefit the Seneca and Sandusky County communities. Michael’s dedication to various community initiatives aligns seamlessly with this mission," said Michael C. Spragg, Chairman of the Foundation Board and President & CEO of The Old Fort Banking Company.
Mike Daniel joined The Old Fort Banking Company in 1998 as the Bank’s Internal Auditor. Mr. Daniel received a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tiffin University in 1993 and a Masters of Business Administration from Heidelberg University in 2001. Michael is a certified public accountant and has an advanced degree from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Michael Daniel has served as the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer since 2003 and also the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer since 2015.
