Dr. Kidd currently serves as the Vice Chairman of The Old Fort Banking Company, a subsidiary of Gillmor Financial Services, Inc.
Dr. Kidd is President Emeritus and Professor of Economics at Tiffin University, where he served as President for over 20 years. Other positions held by Dr. Kidd include: Past President of Chancellor University, Past President of Myers University, Past Vice President for Business at Mercyhurst College, held five administrative positions with the University of Pennsylvania, Past Auditor of Savings and Loans with James T. Summers, CPA and Past Auditor of Girard Bank.
Dr. Kidd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University, as well as a Master’s degree in Economic History from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Certificate Institute for Educational Management from Harvard University. Honorariums include LL.D Baker College, DHL., Indiana Institute of Technology, D.PHL., University of Bucharest, LL.D, and Tiffin University.
Mr. Spragg is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Old Fort Banking Company and Gillmor Financial Services, Inc.
Prior to joining Old Fort, Mr. Spragg served as the Regional President, Northern Region, and Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking for Sky Bank from 1997 to 2007, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking for both Sky Bank and the Ohio Bank. Mr. Spragg served as Vice President and Senior Vice President of The Peoples Banking Company from 1990 to 1993 and served as Peoples Bank President and Chief Executive Officer from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Spragg has over 27 years of experience in the banking industry.
Mr. Spragg earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Catawba College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Findlay. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, the Advanced School of Commercial Credit, and the Ohio School of Commercial Credit at Miami University.
Mr. Ballinger is President of three family owned businesses, Werk-Brau Co. Inc., Fabco Inc., and the Mexican operation, Balmex. Founded in 1947, Werk-Brau is one of the nation’s largest independent bucket and attachment manufacturers. Werk-Brau manufactures a complete line of O.E.M. and replacement buckets and attachments for excavators, mini-excavators, backhoes, skid steers, along with front and crawler loaders. Fabco manufactures similar products as well as digging teeth and adapters, and supplies to all major O.E.M. Construction Equipment Companies. They are a major supplier to Kubota Tractor and are a CNH Global Qualified Supplier. Balmex was started in 2002 and this company manufactures attachments including other medium to heavy fabrication for the construction industry.
Mr. Ballinger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
Mr. Felter is the President and CEO of Webster Industries, Inc. in Tiffin, Ohio. Backed by over 100 years of manufacturing, Webster Industries provides engineered conveying solutions for a wide range of industries including forest/wood, automotive, grain, asphalt and others. Webster started in 1876 as a "common sense" elevator bucket company developing products for coal-handling, car-pulling and heavy-duty material handling operations that created a strong foundation for Webster to develop application-specific, customer-driven solutions for their clients. Mr. Felter holds a BSBA Accounting degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Tiffin University. He also attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
James G. Kordik has been a partner with Rogers & Greenberg LLP since 1995. Rogers & Greenberg LLP is a law firm serving the Miami Valley region since 1846. Mr. Kordik practices in the areas of business law, real estate law, income tax planning and estate planning. Jim represents businesses of all types and sizes as well as their owners. Mr. Kordik is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Dayton Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, United States Tax Court and the Federal Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Kordik has also been selected as a Super Lawyer and Best of the Dayton Bar and is AV rated with Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. Kordik holds a Bachelor Degree of Science from Wright State University where he was a four-time NCAA qualifier in the sport of wrestling and was elected to the WSU Hall of Fame. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from University of Dayton School of Law. Mr. Kordik also passed the Ohio CPA exam and was a licensed CPA from 1987 until recently retiring that license after 30 years.
Mr. Tea is President of Town & Country RV Center Inc., a full-service recreational retailer offering a large selection of new and used RVs along with a variety of additional RV related items. Town & Country also operates an expansive service department. Mr. Tea is a partner in WDM...a real estate investment and holding company, Tea’s Mobile Home Estates…a manufactured home community, and is co-owner of B&B Properties…a retail ice cream store.
Mr. Tea graduated from Terra Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences.
Dr. Young is President of the Tiffin Eye Center and has been a practicing ophthalmologist since 1987. He is a member of the medical staffs at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin, Memorial Hospital in Fremont, Mercy Hospital of Willard, and Elmwood at the Springs in Green Springs.
Dr. Young earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Heidelberg University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in ophthalmology from Summa Health Care System in Akron, Ohio. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He holds an academic appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, teaching third and fourth year medical students.
