e- Statement Service

Our e-Statements service provides you with secure delivery of your checking and savings account statements. It is free, convenient, faster, easy and secure. This gives you easy access to your account statement and you have the ability to view, print, download and save statements on your own computer. You will receive a secure email with your statement that will require your unique password.  This provides you with increased protection against identity theft.         

It's easy to apply....just print and complete the short e-Statements Application Form and bring it into your nearest banking office or stop in at any of our conveniently located banking offices to complete an application.  You may also mail your completed application to:        e-Statements Department  -  P.O. What is an e-Statement?  Our e-Statement service provides you with secure electronic delivery of your checking and savings account statements. 

What are the benefits of receiving an e-Statement?

  • Free, convenient, faster, easy and secure.
  • Ability to view, print, download and save statements.
  • Easier access and statement retention.
  • Increased protection against identity theft.

 How can I begin receiving e-Statements?  It’s easy…just complete a short e-Statements Application Form. 

Is there any software required on my PC?  It is necessary to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above installed on your PC in order to view your statement.  If you do not already have Adobe Reader, you may obtain a free copy by visiting http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html and selecting the Free Adobe Reader under the Download section.  It is also recommended that Internet Explorer 5.5 or above be installed on your PC… 

To download a free copy, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx.  Your PC must have the capability of opening a 5MG language file.

 When will I receive my first e-Statement?  You will begin to receive your e-Statement in an email after your statement has processed on your regularly scheduled cycle date.   If we receive your completed application within a few days of your scheduled cycle date, you will receive the current statement by U. S. Mail and the next month’s statement as an e-Statement.

 How do I open my e-Statement(s)?  You will be able to open your e-Statement(s) by clicking on the attachment provided in the e-mail and entering your unique password. 

Can I have my e-Statement(s) sent to more than one email address?  Yes, we can send your e-Statements to multiple e-mail addresses, however, an e-Statement Application Form will be required for each email address.

  Will I also receive a paper copy of my statement in the mail?  You will no longer receive a paper copy, but you will have the option of printing or downloading your e-Statement.   If you request a paper copy of your statement, the bank may assess a fee as listed on our current fee schedule.  

 Will I still be able to retrieve my e-Statements if I delete the email?  We would be happy to resend your e-Statement by contacting our e-Statements Department at 419-447-6150.

 How long will I be able to access previous e-Statements?  You have the ability to save your e-Statements to your own PC so that you can access the statements whenever you need them.  

 Will I be able to revert back to receiving a paper copy of my statement in the mail?  Yes, you may discontinue the receipt of e-Statements at any time by calling our e-Statements Department at 419-447-6150 or stopping at any of our conveniently located banking offices.

 Will I be able to change my password?  You may notify us by mail or stop in at any of our conveniently located banking offices to change your password. 

 Who do I contact if I forget my password or get locked out?  If you forget your password, get locked out, or are having difficulty opening your statement, please contact the e-Statements Department at 419-447-6150 during our normal business hours.

Who do I contact if my email address changes?  You may notify us by mail or stop in at any of our conveniently located banking offices to change your email address.  If the e-Statement is returned to us as undeliverable, we will try to contact you.  If we are unable to contact you, we will change your e-Statement back to a paper statement sent by U.S. Mail.
